Can I bring my kids?
We love seeing kids taking part in programs, it's never too early to start those healthy habits! Kids under 16 years of age require a guardian to supervise their participation.
I'm not Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Can I still participate?
Whilst Wellah Together is a program for mob, we do understand that there are non-Indigenous people who are a part of the Community. For example parents/guardians of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
Our aim is to create culturally safe spaces for mob. If you'd like to join our program, we just ask you to share with us why you'd like to participate :)
What do I need to bring to each session?
For each session we'd like you to please bring a water bottle and comfy shoes and clothes to get moving in :)
What happens if I miss a session?
Don't worry! We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make every single session. We hope to see you attend as many sessions as you can :)
I missed the first week. Am I still allowed to join?
Yes of course! Whether you join us in week one or week six, you're always welcome to join the mob and have the most fun shaking up your health and wellbeing.

All you have to do is attend 4 out of the 6 sessions to earn your very own NAIDOC singlet. If you miss a session, there will be plenty of other opportunities to earn your singlet such as attending Parkrun and other activities.
